"Near everything in Downtown", this black high-rise with a rooftop pool has a "shopping mall underneath" and "good restaurants within walking distance" so you "don't need a car to get around"; the staff is "friendly – you can tell they like their jobs" – and there are "wonderful bed linens" and "thick carpets", but most hope the in-room problems ("broken hair dryer", "peeling wallpaper", "smokey smell") will be corrected during the ongoing renovation.

Room was small bed hard shower no water pressure.

On the outside it looks great! but in the room it is an ordinary room and not even a nice one! hard bed, soap scum on the shower walls, low water pressure. Dirty carpet in the room, you know like a 2 star motel. I would not stay there again! ...read more

I had to spend a considerable amount of time standing in line for both check-in and checkout. The bathroom was extremely small and hard to maneuver without bumping into fixtures. The room itself appear a little rundown. The decor was dark and the lightening was poor; there was an extremely large entertainment center that blocked a wonderful view. The club next door was very loud at night, but drowned out by my loud vent.
